• What’s CDCM? How does it work?

A: CDCM is built on an extremely complex dynamic variation matrix, able to realistically express every detailed change that occurs during the operational process of actual circuitry. This matrix will adjust its own modeling parameters and even framework based on the instrument input signal range, signal frequency, knob position, the instrument’s own impedance, and other variable parameters, all to achieve the closest possible characteristics of actual modeled circuitry. In this matrix, every single circuit component is ALIVE and performs like its original. The realness of the amp and effects tones has amazed XTOMP users worldwide, and now you can experience it on your computer!
 

• Where can I download a demo? What does the demo come with?

A: You can download the a VStomp Amp demo directly from our website. Here’s what the demo comes with:

• What plugin formats does VStomp support?

A: VStomp Amp currently supports VST (2.x and 3), AU, AAX formats.
 

• Can I use VStomp Amp within a DAW?

A: VStomp Amp has both standalone and plugin versions.
 

• Can I modify the amps/cabs?

A: VStomp Amp is designed for ease of use: There is no complex signal chain and no confusing amp/cab modification and customization. However, you can tweek the cab sound with your custom IR images.
 

• Is VStomp Amp available for iOS/Android?

A: VStomp mobile app release is scheduled for the near future.
 

• Do I need to pay for new amp/cab updates?

A: All future VStomp Amp updates are FREE.
 

• What about the system requirements?

A: Although VStomp Amp has very low system requirements, we recommend that your PC/Mac meets the following requirements for best DAW performance.

-    Minimum 2GB of RAM, 8GB or more recommended
-    Minimum 200MB free disk space
-    Internet connection for activating your license and access. VStomp Amp does not support offline activation. After activation, VStomp Amp can be used offline.

PC
-    Windows 7 (SP1) or later
-    Minimum 2GB of RAM, 8GB or more recommended
-    Minimum 1.5GHz Dual core processor, 2.0GHz Dual core or better recommended
-    200MB free disk space for per version (32 or 64 bit)
